Helen Caroline Stetter (November 18, 1893 – June 1, 2007) was the oldest living Nebraskan and, at the time of her death at age 113 years 195 days, the fourth oldest verified person in the world. Born in Chadron, Nebraska, the only Nebraskan older than she was, was Clara Huhn, born in 1887, who died in 2000 at the age of 113 years and 327 days. No other Nebraskan lived longer in the state than she has. At her death, Helen Stetter ranked as one of the 100 oldest verified people on record.
